A Solution Designed by Local Music Festivals for use by Local Music Festivals. |
In 2011, the High River and District Lions Music Festival volunteer base had had enough. They were tired of working with old software, printing registrations, cutting out papers and arranging them on floors to create their festival. They had a vision of software that was accessible anywhere in the world, and could be managed on the Internet. They sought out a solution.
By mid 2016, the project had undergone all the development it would need. Windsor Graphics took over the project so that the Highwood Lions Music Festival (formerly the High River and District Lions Music Festival) could focus on enhancing their festival, something they simply could not do prior to MusicFestivalSuite.com. Windsor Graphics shifted some of the services offered, and made the software even more economical for festivals to get involved in.
In 2017, Windsor Graphics expanded to provide services to the entirety of Canada. This means we can provide music festival management and support for volunteers across the country in our effort to support amazing music educational opportunities for all young musicians in Canada. Currently our services are being used in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland and Labrador. In 2020, MusicFestivalSuite underwent a number of upgrades to allow subscribing festivals the ability to use video submissions as part of their festival format, compensating for the loss of venues or the need for social distancing during festivals. This upgrade allows festivals to operate even in the most unusual circumstances, but only if they subscribe to MusicFestivalSuite. |
