Letter to Parents (for use by Teachers asking Parents to pay registration fees)
This form letter can be used by Teachers, sent home with their students to ask Parents to set up their own profiles as well as their student profiles. Using this form will also enable Teachers to register their students and pass the responsibility for registration fees to the parents.
Letter to Parents (for use by Teachers planning to pay registration fees themselves)
This form letter can be used by Teachers, sent home with their students to ask Parents to set up their own profiles as well as their student profiles. It assumes that the Teacher will pay for registration fees, and will ask parents to reimburse them at a later date.
Letter to Teachers (for use by Parents asking Teachers to create a profile)
This form letter can be used by Parents, sent with students to their next lesson, to ask Teachers to set up their own profiles. It assumes registration fees will be paid for by the parent.
Letter to Accompanists (for use by either Parents or Teachers)
This form letter can be used by Parents or Teachers to ask Accompanists to set up their own profiles. It also explains to the Accompanist how to share their User ID with the Parents and Teachers so that registrations can be completed.
Important User ID Worksheet
This form can be used to help keep track of the important User IDs you may need to keep on hand. It can be used by Parents, Teachers, or any other user.
