Your Provincial Syllabus
Your festival chooses the classes in one of two ways; they either have their own unique syllabus or they operate on a base syllabus provided to them by a provincial organization they are a member of. If they operate on a provincial syllabus, you will be able to find more details about the rules for entry in a class in that provincial syllabus.
In Alberta and the Northwest Territories
The Alberta Music Festivals Association provides a provincial syllabus for all its member festivals. Their classes appear in the syllabus and in MusicFestivalSuite.com as 5-digit numbers starting with 1 through 9. If you see a class in MusicFestivalSuite.com that begins with a 0, it is part of your local festival’s addenda. You will need to consult with your local festival for a listing of those classes and the rules and advantages associated with them.

You can navigate to that syllabus from within your Festival User Profile by going to the "Websites" option in your User Profile menu, and looking at the websites and emails that are specific to your festival.
In Saskatchewan

If you see a class in MusicFestivalSuite.com that begins with a 0, it is part of your local festival's addenda. You will need to consult with your local festival for a listing of those classes and the rules and advantages associated with them.
