Seeing Your Schedule

New in MFS Accelerando - Your schedule is shown to you in a completely different way in MusicFestivalSuite.com Accelerando. Your Festival will determine when they are ready to share the schedule with you, so if you are unable to see any details about what your schedule is, it is likely because it isn't ready yet. Most Festivals send an email to the email address on your Profile to let you know when the schedule is ready.

If your Festival has made the schedule available, you will find a "Schedule" option in your Profile Menu. This schedule will list each day that you have scheduled commitments, broken down further by time and by the performance locations. It will also list the details of the performance for you.

Once the schedule is active, you'll also notice a slight change in the "Registrations" option in your Profile Menu. While you will still be able to see a full list of all the registrations linked to you, now you will be able to see the scheduled performance time under each registration as well.

Many Festivals require participants to bring with them a "Participant Card", which is a physical reminder of the details of your scheduled registration. You can find these participant cards by looking for the Calendar icon anywhere your registration is shown, including in the "Schedule" or the "Registration" options of your Profile Menu.
